Terms and Conditions

Hi again!

This is the part of pen stuff that I enjoy the least. Someone should rename the terms and conditions section Reasons why I won't do business with you. Did you ever notice that on some auction sites and online businesses that the seller gives you about 5 words to describe the product and 53 pages of YADA YADA YADA on how to conclude the transaction. I guess a little information won't hurt so we can avoid any misunderstandings.

  1. Talk to me! I like to hear from pen collectors/users worldwide. If we can work something out in a friendly way, I am all ears.
  2. I use a matrix to calculate shipping charges to the lower 48 States of America. This means, Canada, Hawaii and Alaska are not included. Shipping charges to these destinations will vary so don't be surprised if I email you demanding more money. (It works the other way to. If I see a gross injustice, I will be happy to refund a portion of the shipping cost).
  3. The same goes for International buyers. Germany, Lesotho and the New Hebrides are not part of the Lower 48 States as are all the other countries on planet earth. I will be emailing you for more cash should you purchase.
  4. By the way, International bidders need to be aware that they may be subject to duties, taxes, tariffs and other nasty charges that their respective nations may assess upon their parcels arrival. I am a pretty smart fellow, but I am not about to learn the tariff structures of 243 nations worldwide. That's your problem. If you email me back over the fact that your government wants to extort you and you are looking for me for help, my standard response will be to say - too bad so sad!
